Paul Nemitz is the principal advisor at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers. He is a visiting Professor of Law at the College of Europe and holds a Master of Comparative Law from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. Member of the FEPS Scientific council.
