Roland Schafer
Roland Schäfer has been the Mayor of the city of Bergkamen, a medium-size city of about 50,000 inhabitants in North Rhine Westphalia, in western Germany since 1998. Before that, he was Chief Executive of the City from 1989 to 1998. He is President of PES Local.
